POSITION SUMMARY Provide patients with better access to innovative medicines by creating new pathways together with our different stakeholders.
Will act as in country Market Access strategist for Algeria and will work with the Health& Value lead and will be responsible together with the Regional / Global team for managing value strategy and market access projects that includes developing market access strategies, payer evidence expectations, value message testing / refinement, P&R assessments, briefing documents, core HTA dossiers, global value dossiers, HEOR activities etc.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES + Optimize local market access of new and launched medicines by developing the local strategy and tailoring the tools and tactics to local market needs.
Develop a cross-functionally integrated market access plan across all customer segments, that considers global deliverables and local requirements and customer demand partterns.
Identify, engage, build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, that are needed for the flawless execution of the Market Access Strategies for the Therapeutic Areas (TAs) responsible.
Develop reports summarizing payer evidence requirements to inform payer value propositions in strategic disease areas.+ Create and set up innovative and impactful projects that support the needs of the customers and create win win partnerships.
Monitor healthcare and political environment and competitive landscape to capture events impacting market access of the medicines and advise on actions to address the local threats and opportunities.
Contribute to HTA readiness activities to support development of evidence-based value dossiers and payer value propositions.
Represent market access in the brand teams of the relevant Tas.
