Assist the Digital Engagement Manager in the local execution of theIntegrated Customer Engagement (ICE) processes and platforms.
This role isaccountable for the execution of digital tactics by coordinating betweeninternal and external stakeholders. In addition, he / she will support the localdigital initiatives content development, performance and measurement of allrelated platforms and will directly report to the DEM NWA.
Duties & Responsibilities :
The scope of responsibility applies to working with relevantstakeholders in Country such as Business Unit, Marketing, Medical, Sales, andBusiness Support & Training.
This role requires :
Working closely with localDigital Engagement Manager, Local TA leads to ensure the right use of all theplatforms used.
Assist the DigitalEngagement Manager to plan and facilitate the training of various trainingmodules (Face-to-Face, Virtual or blended) and help on the execution of a localversion of the regional change management program in the Country.
Ensure the assistance onthe use of the digital platforms including event management system
Follow-upwith OPU Medical team the use of the designated Medical related platforms toexecute and measure campaigns.
Ensurethe liaison with the communication department
