Position Snapshot Position Summary

To develop and execute the business strategy to profitably grow the market in line with the Global NP Business Strategy.

You will also Lead and develop the team in Algeria to ensure employee engagement and deliver business objectives.

A day in the life of...

  • Implement the NP Algeria Business Strategy in alignment with the NP Market Business strategy.
  • Contribute actively to the Regional business results by providing inputs on strategic direction and milestones.
  • Enhance Field force productivity and effectiveness.
  • Strengthen the team through coaching, development and training and ensure a pipeline of talent.
  • Work with local Leadership team to ensure effective cooperation, shared services and synergies.
  • Establish strong, sustainable relationships with key customers, regulatory and government bodies as necessary.
  • Identify areas of opportunity and potential for improvement for the business.
  • Optimize the sales and service structure in the operations.
  • Compliance to internal standards and processes. Review policies annually to make sure they are still valid.
  • Effective P&L management.
  • What will make you successful

  • University degree.
  • Significant previous professional sales experience (Field Sales and / or exposure to Key Account Management).
  • Excellent communications and negotiation skills.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills to manage business relationships with integrity in a change environment.
  • Fluent in English.
