Data Steward NWA, directly reporting to the business support manager
Duties & Responsibilities :
The CRM support / Data steward will support the OPU and the BusinessSupport members to provide a help desk services to internal clients (FF / FLSM / KAMs / others using Veeva profile.
He / she is responsible to maintain customer database / update users andchange permissions within Veeva CRM. Customer Database management is a vitaltask to ensure continuity of the field force activity.
The follow areas that cover CRM support role :
1. Creating accounts
2. Delete, update, transfer, link to users
3. Sample creation, link product to users
4. Territory alignment support
5. Med pages data analysis
He or she is responsible to coordinate with the Business support in thecountries OPUs to ensure the management of digital content to the right teamsfor major functionalities in Veeva (CLM content and content for Follow upe-mail and other digital initiatives)
He or she is responsible for the support of Veeva event management byreviewing the data and ensure correct status and closure of the event plannedin the countries.
