position Purpose

Development, implementation and accountability for operational plans, which optimise profitability, market share and revenue growth for a brand (s) in the short and long term.

  • Execute strategies to achieve the sales objectives of the country, coaching and Motivation of the team, drive sales performance, market share, & PCH & institutions stocks management through a consistent sell-out to hospitals through promotion by optimizing resources;
  • establish effective and lasting relationships with key KOLs and stakeholders.

    Major Accountabilities

    Sales target achievement.

  • Disease and market understanding to develop customer insights through appropriate techniques / tools, Competitive intelligence, performance tracking
  • Development of marketing and promotional mix to meet brand objectives and customer needs
  • Promotional campaign creation and delivery aligned with marketing plan
  • Plan team activities (Actions, territorial analysis, Physicians segmentation, Objectives) and evaluation KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the PCH KAM to set clear priorities for the team according to the company prioritization, and ensure harmonized teamwork across the BU.
  • Analyse quantitative and qualitative sales dashboards (shared by BPA & SFE) & visits reporting systems performed by the sales team (KAS).
  • Organize regular sales & marketing meetings with the team to communicate, analyse and drive the necessary orientations for the implementation of the sales action plans.
  • Ensure at least 50% of the time on field in double visits with the team & also single visits to KOL
  • Ensure a durable team development (Establish a development plan per KAS, identify strengths & development areas, and ensure regular feedback meetings with each KAS...)
  • Operation plan implementation, follow up and gap adjustment
  • Management of the marketing budgets (A&P).
  • Forecasts set-up according to product performance and environment changes
  • Follow-up with external agencies to deliver initiatives for brand
  • Close collaboration with all departments to meat financial budgets
  • KOL management

    Reach the financial budgets

  • Sales increments Vs previous year per country & institutions
  • Consistent team motivation monitoring
  • Manage and optimize relationships with all relevant external agencies and patient (and other) groups through development of effective relationships.
  • Full financial accountability of Advertising and Promotion budgets within 5%
  • Giving recommendations and acting on results that create positive business outcome.
  • Deliver 90% of the sales & marketing operational plan, on time and to a high standard.
  • Develop new KOL in the different institution
  • Build and develop strategic forecasting from a robust patient model.
  • Minimum requirements

    Medical doctor or equivalent in Science, Marketing or Business qualification French , English

  • 3-5 years field sales experience, 2-3 years marketing services experience and brand management experience.
  • Experience with institutions procedures, orders & stocks follow-up (in collaboration with the institutions KAM).
