The Challenge :
We are looking for our Area Sales Professional for the Power GenerationService , encompassing Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines and Compressors services.
Plans sales volumes and potentials within a given area and assignedcustomers;
Achieve sales targets within a given area and assigned customers;
Provides and update information via CRM for forecasts and planning;
Analyzes the specific market conditions and builds a sound market relatednetwork of stakeholders;
Spots opportunities for local product and service portfolio solutions;
Ensure timely and accurate reporting (provide sales report on a monthlybasis), project status, project data base, client satisfaction;
Prepares customer offers, contract, builds and maintains a customer focusednetwork;
Prepares / coordinates and negotiates proposals and contracts incooperation with proposal management / other involved professionals andmanagement;
Completes sales and revenue related key reporting;
Act as a point of contact to customers in commercial matters and influencescollaboration within the organization to secure customer support.
The Candidate :
We are looking for a motivated, dynamic professional. Your skill set willhave to include (among others) the following capabilities :
Engineering degree : mechanical, electrical, automation,industrial-engineering;
Rotative equipment’s knowledge and Maintenance / Service business;
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Sales for the Oil&GasService business (Sonatrach);
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Ownership of tasks and results orientation;
Engagement and dedication with high sense of ethics;
Fluent in English, French (speaking, reading and writing).
