Promote Takeda products as defined by the company, to healthcare professionals in relevant target groups in territory.
Ensure a full implementation of Takeda marketing & medical Affairs strategy : Updating customer scorecard report , Managing customer accounts, Devising local plans on specific projects
Participate / Lead in projects as defined by the country management.
Responsible for the data generation of the assigned accounts and / or sales area,
Build relationships with key decision makers.
Conduct effectively disease awareness activities & help HCP’s finding & managing patients
Make a regular follow up on product consumption to ensure an optimal supply of product & good respect to treatment guidelines
Develop and implement a business plan and customer satisfaction goals for the assigned accounts and / or assigned area
Prepare territory and account plan to meet all objectives relating to the assigned goals
Implement field tactics and action plans to achieve the brand goals
In collaboration with Product Managers and Medical Affairs, develop and implement effective KOL engagement plans that will support achieving brand goals
Identify opportunities and challenges related to reaching brand goals, propose and implement actions to leverage / address these quickly
Develop long term relationships through regular contact with clinicians and other allied health professionals to identify optimal patient treatment opportunities
Comply to effective use of CRM systems to monitor promotion activities
Ensure the implementation of quality practices (e.g. record detail cards, territory account plans, daily journey plans, product knowledge assessments)
Bring in market intelligence and customer knowledge
Continuous assessment of the account plan with Marketing KPI’s
Manage expense budget
Develop and manage new services for key customers and sales area
Ensure personal conduct is compliant
