Finalité du poste
Develop sales revenue and increase the market share of HM.Clause products within a defined area and participate to market understanding and improvement of customer satisfaction.
Set up and evaluate trials of HM.CLAUSE products within a defined area during the Development phase and contribute to the pre-commercial phase and new Product launch.
Design and implement new business and market development plans in order to provide the best suited varieties to your clients.
Propose & implement promotion actions of precommercial varieties, the launch of new commercial varieties and punctual sales actions in the defined area.
Provide adapted technical advices and support to the customers (direct & indirect).
Manage and expand your client portfolio in your designated area / s. Handle customer complaints and payments effectively.
This position reports directly to the Sales Manager.
We are looking for a dynamic person with strong agronomical knowledge and relevant sales experience preferably in the vegetable seed market.
You will have a bachelor degree related to agricultural studies and professional level of English. You enjoy working on the road and will travel up to 70% of the time outside of your residency.
