The FST is under direct supervision of the Service Manager, Base Manager, Service Coordinator, Workshop Supervisor and reports on a daily basis to this person.
Secondly and if on location the customer representative needs to be updated as well on a daily basis.
Ensure smooth operations with a high focus on QHSE and adapt to all the required TFMC procedures and processes and enforce adhesion to TFMC code of ethics.
Make sure that all the required documents and reports are submitted in time to either the TFMC Service Supervisors or company representatives.
Your responsibility is that as soon as you arrive on a location to check the condition and availability of the equipment, spares, tools etc at well site to ensure a successful service job.
Failure in this performance may result in rig down time which may lead to loss of revenue as well as loss of customer.
Work is primarily in the field environment including land based drilling and production platforms.In some cases work is completed on location after the drilling rig has departed location.
Typically, work is accomplished in an outside environment.Exposure to all weather extremes is normal.Noise levels are generally quite high with electrical power systems and their associated turbine driven systems in full operation nearby.
Other rig related equipment is always in operation and will include, draw works, blocks, cranes, pumping systems and blowout control systems.
You have to prepare jobs at the TFMC base / workshop upon request of one of the Service Supervisors.
It might be possible that we require your assistance in the workshop for example due to a high workload or in case we do not have enough field work.
In this case you will report to the Workshop Repair and Refurb manager.
You will face different cultures which you have to respect in all cases.
