Assist the Digital Engagement Manager in the local execution of the
Integrated Customer Engagement (ICE) processes and platforms. This role is
accountable for the execution of digital tactics by coordinating between
internal and external stakeholders. In addition, he / she will support the local
digital initiatives content development, performance and measurement of all
related platforms and will directly report to the DEM NWA.
Duties & Responsibilities :
The scope of responsibility applies to working with relevant
stakeholders in Country such as Business Unit, Marketing, Medical, Sales, and
Business Support & Training.
This role requires :
Digital Engagement Manager, Local TA leads to ensure the right use of all the
Engagement Manager to plan and facilitate the training of various training
modules (Face-to-Face, Virtual or blended) and help on the execution of a local
version of the regional change management program in the Country.
the use of the digital platforms including event management system
with OPU Medical team the use of the designated Medical related platforms to
execute and measure campaigns.
the liaison with the communication department
