The Challenge :

  • Plans sales volumes and potentials within a given area and assignedcustomers;
  • Achieve sales targets within a given area and assigned customers;
  • Provides and update information via CRM for forecasts and planning;
  • Analyzes the specific market conditions and builds a sound market relatednetwork of stakeholders;
  • Spots opportunities for local product and service portfolio solutions;
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting (provide sales report on a monthlybasis), project status, project data base, client satisfaction;
  • Prepares customer offers, contract, builds and maintains a customer focusednetwork;
  • Prepares / coordinates and negotiates proposals and contracts incooperation with proposal management / other involved professionals andmanagement;
  • Completes sales and revenue related key reporting;
  • Act as a point of contact to customers in commercial matters and influencescollaboration within the organization to secure customer support.

    The Candidate :

    We are looking for a motivated, dynamic professional. Your skill set willhave to include (among others) the following capabilities :

  • Engineering degree : mechanical, electrical, automation,industrial-engineering;
  • Rotative equipment’s knowledge and Maintenance / Service business;
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Sales for the Oil&GasService business (Sonatrach);
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ownership of tasks and results orientation;
  • Engagement and dedication with high sense of ethics;
  • Fluent in English, French (speaking, reading and writing).
