Responsible for the day to day execution of all aspects of Material Inventory performance for the assigned locations in terms of Physical and Record System Accuracy, Policy, Directive, Procedure and Process Compliance.
Reinforce the utilization of and provide training of standard and measureable processes for all core aspects of Inventory Management for Expro.
Observe, audit and document successes and deficiencies of standard and measurable processes for all core aspects of Inventory management and prepare and execute the implementation of corrective action plans.
Responsible for continually working with the appropriate Expro functions to ensure clear scope definition and expectations.
Check Valuation class in all stores on material master.
See that all material has a valuation in SAP in different stores.
Co-ordinate program of stock takes.
Keep track of what stock is transferred and make sure that all is in the correct locations.
Assist with PR’s for replenish of inventory in Sub Saharan Africa region.
Assist with bin locations and min / max stock levels.
Assist with red stock reduction program
Assist with excess inventory re-use program.
Actively adhere to the Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery policies, procedures and processes to ensure the highest ethical standards are maintained and exposure to liability or risk to Expro’s reputation is minimised.
If necessary, report possible violations or conflicts of interest.
Actively adhere to and ensure compliance with applicable Quality policies, procedures, processes and systems. Take an active part in quality improvement processes.
Identify and report any deficiencies to supervisor and obtain authorisation for any deviations from standard procedures.
